Maintenance and Care Instructions
To maintain the longevity of your product, please follow these care guidelines:

Clean with a mild soap, detergent, or stainless-steel cleaning agent and warm water.

Rinse with clean water and wipe dry with a soft cloth for optimal results.

Avoid using abrasives such as steel wool or wire brushes, as they may damage the surface.
Secure Shipping & Handling

All lockers are shipped in secure, custom-made shipping containers designed to protect them during transit and minimize the risk of damage.

Despite these precautions, once shipments are in transit, Breezy Laundry Lockers / Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for any shipping delays or damage incurred during transportation.

In the event of damage or shipping-related issues, we will assist customers in filing insurance claims with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. Limited 5-Year Warranty - Terms and Conditions

The Five-Year Anti-Corrosion Warranty begins from the Invoice Date.

To claim the warranty, customers must retain this Warranty Card and provide the official Invoice for verification.

All warranty services must be performed by authorized technicians approved by Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd.
-
Everyday wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

Locks are excluded from this warranty.

The customer is responsible for shipping and administrative costs associated with sending parts or replacing lockers.

Old lockers must be returned to Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. or any designated return address provided by the company.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning old lockers.

This warranty does not cover:
-
External part replacements (e.g., outer shell, keypad, battery, accessories not part of the lock body).

Damage due to misuse, failure to follow the User Manual, unauthorized repairs or modifications, negligence, accidents, or natural disasters beyond Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd.'s control.

The warranty is only valid if the Warranty Card matches the Purchase Invoice/Receipt issued by the dealer. Any alterations will render the warranty void.

This warranty remains valid for the specified period regardless of ownership changes or relocation. However, customers are responsible for any additional service costs associated with these changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Customers must report defects or discrepancies within three (3) days of delivery. If a defect was not reasonably visible at the time of delivery, claims must be made within a reasonable period after discovery. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the customer being liable for the purchase as if it were delivered correctly.

Breezy Laundry Lockers / Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for any delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (e.g., floods, fires, explosions, natural disasters).

War, threats of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbances.

Government-imposed restrictions, regulations, embargoes.

Strikes, industrial disputes, labor shortages.

Power failures, supply chain disruptions, material shortages.
No Refund Policy for Delays or Shipping Damage

Breezy Laundry Lockers / Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

All lockers are shipped in secure custom-made shipping containers designed to protect them during transit.

We do not offer refunds if your shipment is delayed or damaged during transit.

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider for any transit-related damages; however, Breezy Laundry Lockers / Laundry Wise Pty. Ltd. will assist in the claims process to ensure a smooth resolution.
