This guide aims to demonstrate how the CleanCloud App operates in conjunction with Breezy Laundry Lockers
How it works for customers
Step 1. Your customer uses their existing account or signs up on your CleanCloud app
Breezy provides QR codes displayed on locker decals that link customers directly to your CleanCloud app. These locker decals are custom designed by Breezy to suit your business.
Step 2. Make an order
The customer locks their garments in an empty locker, selects ‘lockers’ and then enters the number on the locker to confirm their order.
The customer locks the locker by entering a code of their choice and then pressing the # (or lock) button on the keypad.
Step 3. Pick up order
An email and SMS is sent to the customer to let them know what locker their order is in and the code to open it.
CleanCloud charges the customer and sends them an email with an invoice for their order.
